This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs all orders placed on geotrends.in and applies to customers within India. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Prepaid Orders Only
GEO TRENDS accepts prepaid payments exclusively. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full at checkout before dispatch. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported digital wallets.
2. Free Shipping on All Orders
GEO TRENDS offers free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. There is no minimum order value requirement. Shipping charges will always display as ₹0.00 at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a working day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
GEO TRENDS reserves the right to delay dispatch in cases of address verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our operational control. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if your order is delayed beyond 1 working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India: 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Geographic location and courier partner network coverage
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions
- High-volume periods such as festivals or sale events
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
GEO TRENDS is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics partners or external factors beyond its reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
5. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. Serviceability is checked at checkout. If your pin code falls outside our delivery network, you will be informed before the order is confirmed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number (AWB) and courier partner details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.
Use the AWB number on the courier partner’s website or app to track your shipment in real time. If you face difficulty tracking your order, contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID.
7. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and accessible delivery information at the time of checkout, including:
- Full name of the recipient
- Complete address with flat or house number, street, area, and a landmark where applicable
- City, state, and PIN code
- An active mobile number for delivery coordination
GEO TRENDS is not liable for failed deliveries, non-delivery, or return-to-origin situations caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address details. Re-shipment due to address errors will not be arranged without additional charges.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries (Return to Origin)
Courier partners attempt delivery as per their standard procedures. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
In RTO situations caused by customer fault, GEO TRENDS does not offer refunds for the order. No re-shipment will be arranged until applicable re-shipment charges are settled by the customer.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages at Delivery
If a package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Record a clear, continuous video of the package before and during opening
- Report the issue to GEO TRENDS within 24 hours of the delivery attempt with your Order ID and evidence

10. Transit & Courier Disclaimer
Once a shipment is handed over to the courier partner, GEO TRENDS is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or service disruptions caused by the third-party logistics provider.
Minor scuffing or wear on outer packaging during transit, without any impact on the product inside, does not constitute a valid claim.
11. Force Majeure
GEO TRENDS shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions to transportation networks.
