Shipping Coverage

Currently, GEO TRENDS delivers only within India. Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners selected based on serviceability and delivery efficiency.

Shipping availability is subject to courier partner coverage and serviceable pin codes.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines shared on the website are estimated and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control.

GEO TRENDS shall not be held responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances outside its operational control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the time of checkout. Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery fees or handling charges are also communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable except where required under applicable law.

Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times as per their internal policies. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to origin.

In such cases, GEO TRENDS reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund or charge re-shipment fees.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly and coordinate with the courier partner for delivery-related updates.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the shipment or to record a clear unboxing video immediately upon receipt.

Any issues related to damaged or incorrect products must be reported strictly as per the timelines and evidence requirements mentioned in the Refund & Returns Policy.

Courier & Transit Disclaimer

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, GEO TRENDS shall not be responsible for transit delays, operational issues, or service disruptions caused by third-party logistics providers.

Minor wear or damage to outer packaging during transit, without impact on the product inside, shall not qualify for claims.

Force Majeure

GEO TRENDS shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or disruptions in transportation networks.
