5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on geotrends.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

GEO TRENDS reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout and payment confirmation.

In the event of a pricing error, GEO TRENDS reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to the following conditions:

  • One promotional code per order per customer, unless otherwise stated
  • Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders
  • Codes may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted
  • GEO TRENDS reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice

Misuse, resale, or unauthorised distribution of promotional codes may result in account suspension and cancellation of the associated discount.

7. Orders & Payment

GEO TRENDS accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net banking
  • Supported digital wallets

Payment is processed securely via third-party payment gateways. GEO TRENDS does not store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or any sensitive payment credentials.

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. GEO TRENDS reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us at [email protected] or +91 7860229786 immediately with your Order ID.

Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be processed subject to operational feasibility. If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

GEO TRENDS reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

9. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within India only. Standard estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

10. Returns & Refunds

GEO TRENDS accepts returns or issues refunds only in cases of delivery of a physically damaged product or delivery of a wrong product. General returns and exchanges are not offered.

11. Intellectual Property
