At GEO TRENDS, we are committed to fair trade practices, transparency, and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Returns Policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned below.
🚫 No General Returns or Exchanges
As permitted under applicable consumer protection laws, GEO TRENDS does not offer a general return or exchange option.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect selection of product, size, color, or design by the customer
- Personal preference or expectation mismatch
- Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance
- Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
✅ Valid Grounds for Refund or Replacement
In accordance with Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, a refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:
- Delivery of a damaged product, or
- Delivery of a wrong product (not matching the order placed)
No other claims shall be entertained.
⏱️ Mandatory 24-Hour Intimation Requirement
To be eligible for review, the customer must notify GEO TRENDS within 24 hours of delivery.
The complaint must include all of the following mandatory proofs:
- 📸 Clear images of the product
- 📦 Images of the outer and inner packaging
- 🎥 Unedited unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
⚠️ Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the required evidence shall be automatically rejected, as permitted under applicable law to prevent misuse and fraudulent claims.
📩 Complaint & Grievance Redressal Process
Customers may raise a complaint by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery through:

Details required:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images and unboxing video
All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 working hours and resolved within a reasonable time frame as prescribed under law.
🔍 Verification & Decision Authority
- All claims are subject to internal verification and inspection
- GEO TRENDS reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on evidence
- The decision taken after verification shall be final and binding
🔄 Refund or Replacement Resolution
If a claim is approved:

- A replacement will be shipped, subject to product availability
💰 Refund
- If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Processing timeline: 5–7 working days from approval
⚠️ Shipping fees, COD charges, or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless required by law.
📦 Product Condition Requirement
For approved claims:
- The product must be unused
- Must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not qualify
🚚 Courier & Transit Disclaimer
Once the product is handed over to the logistics partner:
- GEO TRENDS is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its control
- External damage to packaging without product damage does not qualify for claims
🧾 Legal Disclaimer
- Natural variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent product characteristics and not defects
- This policy is framed in compliance with Indian consumer laws
- GEO TRENDS reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
